Cathy Ann Wagner
Our firm is committed to providing the highest quality in legal services to our clients. As a group, I and my colleagues have in excess of 40 years of experience in the areas of the law we practice.
We have experience in the law from a variety of perspectives. Before I ever went to law school, I was a legal secretary and then a paralegal. I worked full-time as a paralegal all through my undergraduate and law school educations. What that means for you is that we have the knowledge, experience and ability to manage many tasks and files at the same time and do so with the highest quality and attention to detail which is important for your case. You will find that we take a practical and reasonable approach to every legal issue, counseling you with respect to potential outcomes and the costs of litigating issues. The costs of litigation encompass much more than the monetary costs. We understand that, and make every effort to guide you through the legal processes and procedures with a minimum of confusion. We can't promise you won't be frustrated. The processes and procedures involved in any law suit or other legal proceeding can be very frustrating. What we can promise you is that we will fight hard for you and advocate for your best interests with respect to any issue which is important to you.
My undergraduate degree is in accounting. This is important for you because all the areas of the law in which I practice are highly dependent on accurate and effective financial analysis.
I have worked in large downtown Minneapolis firms and in small offices both in the Metro area and in outstate Minnesota. My total legal experience dates back to 1977. This is important for you because I have experience with families and estate of modest means as well as significant wealth.
